Interesting business model - build the story around shifting locations and potential, raise cash on expectations, results in the smart money offloading on the story, insiders have a bucket load of cheap shares (just in case), pay the CEO $250,000 a year for the expert leadership, pay "consultants" etc for their expert advice on all things "raising cash" recycle and do it all again.

....and who holds all the stock, yep the bunnies called "retail" investors, hoping the wheel spins and lands on their number.

Just an opinion, could be right could be wrong and I hold shares - must have been enjoying a good bottle of pinot noir when I invested in this movie.
