I know what you mean, I am sure the SC and its members of the judiciary are aware of the change to the Minerals act and although it adds weight to the Talga and others cause, they (SC) are probably more concerned as to whether the law was correctly applied. My senses are somewhat dulled by this everlasting appeal decision but what can we do. Mark will be chomping at the bit by now with all the positive news that has been announced of late as well as the support Talga has received from industry in Sweden and the EU, but still we wait. I hope the decision comes soon, before my will is read out and my kids get my shares.
