With the Share Price where it is I think the market does NOT believe that PEN will be in production this year. Actually probably not even next year. The SP has been completely decimated by the share dilutions of the two recent raising.
Nevertheless, if the market really believed that PEN would be cash flow positive next year. the SP would be closer to 20c and not at 10c. Irrespective of the crappy macro backdrop and Uranium pull back.
