    Peter didn't say that at all if you read the article correctly (but i do get what you're saying)

    The thing is this whole BS cost of living, is its affecting a lot more people than just a certain demographic, and there are lots of people with cash flow problems, people might be asset rich, but cash flow poor, (negative) which creates this illusion. To free up cash flow why wouldn't people use the bnpl over installments its a win win IMO people get to have the holiday and pay back in installments.
