Good on you Bunya - it was your posting of this issue on HC and subsequently passing on to Cougar which led to this demolishing of Pratt's lies.

Of course, those in the Pratt camp don't care for such minor inconveniences as facts, but hopefully those who are actually responsible for making the decisions will get something useful out of this.
