    need to sack 100 employees to reduce cost unless they're working in the plant

    every image of the plant shows no more than 20

    what are the remaining 180 doing?

    seriously, 200 employees to do exactly what????

    do we even have enough machinery for 100 employees? are they using buckets and shovels to dig the ponds?

    what are they constructing?

    i think our JV partner is playing happy family while we foot the bill
