Are you suggesting you have gone from a punter that simply takes a company's word to a genuine market expert in a few years? I will give you some help here. People will not change, but companies do. Try not to personalise a company. Companies are soleless vehicles, they do not care. One day they are good one day they are bad. Timing is everything, 2 people can have polarizing relationships with the same company.
