They need to commit to that distribution in its entirety. The current vote should be on that course of action and they wind down in the mean time and wind everything up ASAP.

Leo is not being honest with the market here. There was NO mention of what the actual dispute is with the government (besides now the mining code change) and what the settlement was for (or how it was calculated) in the webinar and it is still NOT clear. No discussion of what the FFX issues really are - which dragged LLL in and thus LLL can and should inform the market. The ASX is not letting this trade.

Now they are talking about value accretive acquisitions. This path makes absolutely zero sense. They have proven dishonest and not competent. There are 1000s of stocks on the ASX many of which may be value accretive. Let holders decide where to put their money now. This show is over. Time to move on. Finally, Simon unfortunately looks an absolute fool here - I hate that it came to this. I doubt very much Simon will pull a tier 1 position again in his career after this and I think he knows it. He is coming across as desperate now.

I voted NO to everything except the transaction. But if I felt they were not going to distribute everything I would likely vote NO to the transaction also.
