    ROFL ..

The Dud claims that nuclear will provide cheaper power .

We know exactly what renewables cost today. They are built and operating . We have loads of data on them updated by the second. They are quite easy to price and also quite easy to model going forward based on today's data .

You've just contradicted yourself old mate .

" Baseline cost estimates; CAPEX, OPEX, decommissioning cost, cost of capital, reg/leg cost. "

" None of the above would require a decision on specific technology, these steps would be taken to provide to model a variety of scenarios to present the most suitable options to further explore through further market participation following formal decision making.  "

Of course they would require the cost estimates in order to make the statement that their policy will provide cheaper power .

You've just thrown the Dud under the bus. tongue.png

Oh and btw. The US study you referenced doesn't include decommissioning costs or waste disposal .

So you've just kicked yourself in the balls twice without even realising it .
