The options have been very strong but i just think the heads are oversold comparatively and therefore any run on good news is likely to impact the heads more strongly.
I also view that on news the oppies tend to lag the heads so should present an opportunity to reenter at a more typical gap between the heads and oppies (2.8 cents to 3 cents) before the oppies rise too much, as the oppies never seem to run hard and fast, just follow the heads and occassionally get out of line with the typical gap, which is what i am trying to exploit.
With the gap that i used to switch, it implies the value of the option is 2.6 cents, rather than the typical 2 cents to 2.2 cents, and i think pricing the option value at 2.6 cents is excessive.
All just my opinion and would appreciate other views on this.
