Careful with your allegations shadowcat.BOD approved the funds into trust. Auditors signed off accounts showing the monies in trust.
Unless anyone has evidence that funds have been misappropriated by a party or parties then refrain from speculation.
My frustration is why the acting CEO and members of the Board continue to run the company.
