in one of the projects, i think it was the northern side of the snoweys, they built the bends so inaccurately that the trucks carrying the blades could not turn around them.

there are many more debacles regarding these projects - i wont go into, and now it is suggested, after so many stuff ups and cost blowouts on land, , that they build them offshore, like Europe - except ....... according to the greenies, it may upset the whales.... my thought on this is this, the ocean is quite large, if the whales dont want to go near the windmills, they will go somewhere else. Whales are certainly quite smart, thats why they dont want to get involved in any Greenie argument....
