Yes it's one thing to outline the summary on a to-do list, it's another thing to actually do them and in that order.

To be realistic, they're simply incapable of achieving everything on that list before 1 October. By now we should all be aware of the pace in which things get done. BT however does definitely have to start and I believe finish before the end of the year, as per the funding requirements, else they won't be able to request reimbursement for funds spent.

All in all good announcement. They just have to put their money (or should I say our money) where their mouth is and get cracking.
