The half yearly has the better picture of their financial position they had 20mil cash end of Dec with 11 mil owing from Sanongol but had 11 mill and of liabilities to pay in trade and other payables.
It still aligns next quarterly will have around 12mill cash remaining there's no way Sonangol owes MAY 30 million otherwise their cash balance would be zero and doesn't align with the half yearly accounts.
