You have it wrong SI is a promoter, and that is where his skill sets stop. Until now SI has ruled the Board & has failed repeatedly with the FDA. PK has come in & is the most valuable person in the company as he is the one most likely to get the company an FDA approval. Before that or simultaneous with that the Board needs to replace SI as CEO of MSB. SI is an arrogant dreamer who treats retail shareholders with disdain. This company has a great future but needs the right CEO to take it forward!
