What exactly do they need to prove? The plant is operating and producing helium and is about to start up ramping up. When short sellers reduce the share price people make up "excuses" for why it went down rather than the truth - short selling and price manipulation. They do the same thing when the share price goes up.
Buffett would love this stock. It's fundamentals are brilliant and the price is significantly low artificially by market manipulation. Why would people pay millions to lower the price if this wasn't a good investment? Why all the down ramping if it actually was sh*t.
