Lasagna
Mix the following well:
500 gm sweet Italian sausage.
400 gm minced beef.
½ cup minced onion.
2 cloves pressed garlic.
750 gm canned crushed tomatoes.
200 gm cans canned tomato sauce.
200 gm tomato paste.
½ cup water.
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
1½ teaspoons dried basil leaves.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
½ teaspoon fennel seeds.
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.
¼ cup masala.
3 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 tablespoons minced anchovies or paste.
2 tablespoons orange zest.
In a pan place a layer of instant lasagna.
Arrange the meat.
Top with another layer of instant lasagna.
Bake or barbecue.
Serve with a cheese sauce.
