Prices pushed up because it's hard to compete against all those MPs raking in over $300 per night to stay in their own property.
Probably claiming all the costs as negative geared as well, even though it's not on the open market for rent.
Like all the other rorting these mongrels do for travel, 'study tours', postal costs, commcars etc etc.
