I reckon this is somekind of attempt to spruce up the price for a cap raising; Or to get BHP to take notice and make the counter-offer; Something wierd here; Looks orchestrated/planned. Either way its good for share price;

BHP will end up taking them over - we aint gonna give up the FOURTH LARGEST IRON ORE PROJECT to the chinese!
