But...putting this into context - Herencia would be our (Emperor's) JV Partner - we (holders) would want Herencia to suceed in this CR, so EMP + HER can progress with these Gold MLs.
IMO - having this clearer view and what HER shareholders can expect over the next couple of years should genereate more interest and hopefully the CR offer closes sucessfully on 27 June 2024. Note - HER CR offer is 12m @ 2.5p and suggest (all going well), they will relist with 50m @ 10p - 400% in 2 years for prospective investors... hence why IMO this should generate more interest. I don't recall seeing this when this offer was first announced at the end of April.

IMO we (EMP) should get an update ~1st or 2nd July on this.

Its pathetic the board have not updated the market on the unnamed party who they are directors (related party transactions) of this other company - herencia.

Did they raise enough money?

This should have been suspended from monday .

It barely meets listing requirements if they dont finalise the gold project. The gas project is a turkey. They have already run out of time to drill it as they should have already booked a rig , but they have no money or partner for it. Serious issues and delusions with this company
