I am not panicking Crazy. Don't start.
The message was simply food for thought.
Personally I still have a large investment and like all of us, am hoping things turn around.

Are there people out there who have sold, and lost money, based on ICandy not providing guidance enough for them to justify holding their position? - could well be. Through ICandy's refusal to meet their ASIC legal obligations in providing adequate guidance, is ICandy liable? Maybe who knows. I'm not a legal person. I am being critical of ICandy continuing to disadvantage shareholders and placing itself in a position where there could possibly be legal ramifications - however remote.

With the possible exception of yourself, most of us have long been in agreement that through lack of guidance, ICandy's communication on its activities has been significantly substandard - even to the point it may have breached its ASIC obligations. This is not an isolated incident but has been ongoing for years eg What happened to the signed contract Flying Sheep had with the German Government? etc, etc,etc. Between us we could develop quite a list of "what happened to ...."

Easy fix to all this by ICandy - start to tell us directly, what is happening at ICandy to enable us to make informed decisions with respect to our Icandy shareholdings - simple - logical - legally required.

I understand ZK Candy has an appointed Communications Officer. It would be nice if that person could send out a communication, introducing themselves and assuring us that they will be providing regular advice on developments on this, what appears to be a seismic shift in how ICandy plans to deliver its future products. Hope that person is not under a Kin instruction to only communicate with "significant" shareholders/investors.
