Not much improvement overnight. Charts are still dropping out, although not as quickly as yesterday. Also, the more time I spend on it, the more bugs and defects I find.

There appears to no longer be any "real-time" charting. In my experience, each chart does not instantly show the price of the latest trade. The chart only updates (if it updates at all) at the end of the set time period. The shortest time period is one miniute, so the user is blind for 59 out of every 60 seconds even at this setting. If the chart interval is set for five minutes then as a real-time chart it is utterly useless because a lot can happen in five minutes. In summary, Iress appears to no longer have real-time charts. This does not correspond with the rest of the Iress platform, and would not be fit for purpose for active traders. Retail share traders using this junk (even if it was working) now appear to be at a serious disadvantage to their professional counterparts who have access to data that includes real-time charts.

    "some performance concerns"
Is this the blind leading the blind, or have they got their heads stuck in the sand?

How can an intermittently-working bugridden functionally-deficient not-fit-for-purpose heap of junk that resembles a mis-shapen abortion be honestly described by Commsec as "some performance concerns"? Doesn't anybody at Iress or Commsec understand anything at all about quality assurance?

In my opinion, heads need to roll.
