Would be waiting for a rubber stamp by some minister of Mines or similar. PCL had to wait for the better part of a year for their rubber stamp in Namibia as the minister of Mines was away on maternity leave and the role was not delegated. They didn't meet their contractual obligations for an extension but we're still granted theirs. IVZ should be in a better position.
