50 million shares and 5 million options to be issued, requires shareholder approval on 16/8/2024 --> wonder if this is the new AGM date and if it is directors or another investor which are filling a shortfall in SPP or something?
There was 2 million oppies for Blue Ocean as the lead manager so cant be that?
Initally the raise was meant to be 300m ordinary shares from SPP, along with 200 million ordinary shares & 2 million oppies from placement.
