    mostly cos it destroys the momentum. if they held a little longer, or used a a distribute sell they could at least get out without smashing all the momentum. they hurt their own sell price, and they hurt everyone else too. its just dumb trading. unless they want to smash teh sell price to validate their decision to sell....hahah.
