Lappy Labor have done a Cain Kirner on Victoria you bang on about their projects being completed by the next election but we will be broke and no one will forget the cost cutting forced by incompetent money managers , anyone can spend money and its easy to get votes when you spend money bur they have run out of money and reality is starting to set in.
