the point I was making which seemed to slip right by you .....was that the russ army isn't actually "growing " as Shoigu predicted by two new armies ......but that CLEARLY , the current level of recruiting is only covering battlefield losses .
Whether or not you agree with my point .....would be good if you actually were able to understand it .
