The trading halt does not count towards the days suspended, the suspension started on Monday so we are now at 4 days as of the end of Thursday - they can be reinstated to the official list before commencement of trade on Monday to avoid a 6th day which would then require a full prospectus for a capital raising etc.
Haven't checked if they have had any other suspensions in the recent past that would add to the 4 days clocked up this week but have been a holder since Feb and cannot recall any during this time.
So it would be in their (VOR's) intersts to get something done by pre open on Monday...no massive drama if they don't just an added layer of paperwork to get done and more time consuming etc for the Company going forward.
Hence my previous comment that they will want to get it done in the 5 days.
Anyone hearing anything of the stucture of the placement?
