Thadius, This is the same mob who when they bought Romang announced the purchase meant they had bought the drills etc and had enough cash to conduct the first round of drilling THEN raised capital nine months later to buy the drill equipment and conduct the first drill program.

At first they tried to defend it when I contacted them, but when I sent their two announcements side by side to them, I didnt hear anymore...

If they "could have raised 60mil", why didnt they up the offer to 1.75 or 1.80, raise the same amount by issuing less shares causing less dilution?

Dont get me wrong, it's one of the only stocks I "TRADE" and while I have been in and out of this stock becos of the low liquidity and the hype that can send them off, I am very wary about such throw away lines. I think Garry gets a bit excited at times and says what he hopes is happening not what is happening at that moment. An example is the amount of times you read in their announcements about the build up of rig capacity.

Still think its risky to be buying at $2.00 when a SPP is underway at $1.65.
