I never participated in the flow rate debates while I was holding because it was pretty clear that Roch2077 and Linebacker11 were correct about this.

The bottom line is: it could only do 1,235bopd for ~12hrs, and it could do 293bopd for "the majority of the test" which ranged for >9days.

Pretending that they artificially reduced the flow rate by partially closing the choke is an invalid argument. They needed to reduce the choke because their flow rates were likely not consistent otherwise, and they needed consistent flow rates for their reservoir engineering calculations.
