Dutto is merely showing us his true self
Whilst he has the odd character trait that is good and unusual, he is majorly just a boofhead.
He’s a plodder at best and bereft of depth, vision, insight and foresight
he’s just managed an amazing trifecta that not many top politicians can take credit for such a run of outright stupidity
