1. Do the JV partners have a commitment to spend a specific amount ($?) or to spend $? to acquire a certain percentage of the joint venture?
2. Is it possible for them to withdraw after only spending $?m? and or spend $? withdraw and still retain ?%
Could this explain the market reaction?
