    The issue is value vs takeover price. I agree that based on the value of the contained resource our SP would be in the dollars, but a buyout typically only needs to be compelling on the SP, not the full resource value.

    Fundamentally the only way it would be sold close to its actual value would be if the major shareholders refused to sell.

    Otherwise, someone could come in and offer a 100% premium to today's share price and get it for 28c/sh. Would be surprised if major institutions didn't take a deal like that.

    The key is getting the share price up quickly and significantly prior to any takeover action, that way the takeover premium is off a higher base SP.
