HT, reckon you could be right.

My slightly cynical assesment:
* None of the players have their cards yet, they are waiting for the dealer. Any players got out after their "significant gas discovery".
* Current holders are the guys from early this year and last year that are anchored at 7-10 cents per share
* I maust have been wrong about share issues as they have just issued 22 mil more (or the clock ticked and their 15% came back)
* My feeling is they need the $500k to finish the SEYCO deal (need $1.5 mil, have $2 mil from conv. loan of which about $1 mil has been spent on ther stuff (see quarterly))
* After Friday will be another 166 mil shares on issue

With the SI's having 200 mil shares next week let the games begin!

My guess of timetable:
* Friday votes on conv. loan and placement
* Nov 30, AGM whizz bang presentation (pictures of islands and boat collecting 2D data)
* Schedule mtg Dec? for ratification of SEYCO share deal, more whizz bang stuff
* 11 Jan 2011 a bit of publcity around the Wings Law wind hearing
