ThereAbouts - first time kicking tyres in this industry sector so excuse any faux pas by me (my usual hc haunt is the wild west of junior speculative miners which tends to be all elbows and knees).

First up, congratulations on the quality and frequency of the information you share on the MAQ threads. Always great to find the new neighbours are yard-proud.

Now a couple of dumb questions: I'm guessing that MAQ was back in the day a spin-off from the millionaire's factory but those ties are long cut, yes? Also I see that the Tudehope brothers control/ own Claiward Pty Ltd which has about 45% of the MAQ registry. Any governance or succession issues with that? I could not find which of the non-exec directors are considered to be independent NEDs. Having dominant control is not a problem until it is.

    Hopefully, that's my quota done.

One slightly less dumb but still obvious question: it seems to me that the greatest threat to data centre operators in coming times will be energy supply, both in terms of shortages and of rising costs. Have the Tudehopes indicated how they intend to address that threat or turn it into an opportunity? I recently listened to an extended interview of an ex-boss of Google and he was of the view that the coming of AI will all take place in the next three to five years. The data centres will either keep up with that growth or be a problem. (I've read back through some of the MAQ threads but if this question regularly comes around then my apologies).

    Cheers
