Ukraine was a Neutral State since its independence of 1991.

But it changed its Constitution to forsake Neutrality, in order to join Nato.

Anyone with half a brain would realize it would trigger a war with Russia, as they would be fearful of being surrounded by Nato nations.

There is nothing wrong with being Neutral - a friend with everyone and an enemy of no one.
