Definitely know the difference. I suspect the only reason Allogeneic isn't mentioned is because they aren't approved. While auto and allo have their differences, the mechanism of action is all the same.

Yeah, the kind of key part of that sentence is that the FDA are investigating the need for regulatory action. I think this puts added pressure on products in clinical development, particularly from a safety perspective both short and long term.

This is definitely something to keep an eye on.
