MSB is an exciting business if you have patience. One thing I've seen here recently is the estimated astronomical costs of courses of its products. Like $500,000 for one. Is this realistic? Seems an amazing price but we are talking about the USA where one friend who worked there said he was always one illness away from bankruptcy. So happy we live in OZ. One medication I need occassionally has a RRP of about $740 but just $35 with PBS.
