as we know .... spot price of Gold has broken out its trading range ......with target of $2500 to $3000. for second half of this year..
This should also support a higher valuation for Spartan. IMO ....
The longer RMS delays a T/O the higher valuation for SPR is required to get accepted...
Especially if assay results &/or a MRE is announced very soon..
