Liking this set-up even more as the bulls push me back onto familiar defensive ground. It usually starts with taunts and moderations, transcends into uncomfortable analytical truths, then ends in tears... I don't ever deal in gossip, inuendo or pers comms btw, I'm no stock swami, just like to research facts and join the dots. Trouble is, and it amazes me bulls don't think it through properly, I have nothing to hide or lose digging behind the curtain when invariably that's not the case for the companies.
Seems we now have two dissenting lines of inquiry; economic geology/prospectivity as usual, and the issue of continuous disclosure. I think they're both lay down misères, and probably time somebody shined a light onto the practice of selective historical information disclosure and timing of the good stuff. The flow of historical results and public commentary by TL looked poor form imo, which I called, maybe it goes beyond simply poor form? Had a quick look at ASX "CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE: LISTING RULES 3.1 – 3.1B' this morning and the main first points jumped out...
So far as posters relying on the Title of the Dante Material Acquistion release 29 Aug 2023 "GCX TO ACQUIRE DANTE NICKEL-COPPERPLATINUM GROUP ELEMENTS PROJECT" as somehow being meaningful disclosure that the Reef targets were highly prospective for magmatic hosted Cu doesn't get off the ground, let alone fly imo. A reasonable person, would having seen a price sensitive material project acquisition was made, would consider the summary page minimum, almost certainly the main contents in determining to acquire of dispose securities. The summary and main body makes it very clear there are two styles of targets in the Dante Project...
10 times "Ni-Cu-PGE" are mentioned in the release related to either "magmatic" or Nebo-Babel" targets...
3 time "PGE-Au" are mentioned related to Reef targets..They repeated themselves numerous times throughout, always as separate targets defined by separate metallogenetic enrichment, as per the JORC Appendix statement..."The Dante Project within the Giles Complex includes identified PGE-Au reefs and is seen as prospective for magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE deposits."
Anyway, this is only the acquisition release, which taken by itself doesn't tell much of a story. The whole story relies on the context of what information they were in possession of, what and when that information was released, and whether or not that information would be expected to have a material effect on the share price?
