I get the ‘data and observations of global warming’.

I’m not saying it isn’t happening.

What I am saying is there simply is no catastrophic climate crisis. But we should continue to make moderate, incremental changes to reduce emissions.

’Net zero has been adopted by businesses all over the country and all over the world’.

Precisely!

Businesses are leading the change on a global basis, and we will be the beneficiaries of this. We don’t need the hand of our government mandating anything on top of the positive changes that have already come our way, and will continue to come our way in the future.

For our inconsequential carbon output, it should all be about voluntary incremental carbon reduction, that avoids the adverse economic impacts of rapid change in order to meet unnecessary carbon reduction ‘targets’.
