WNH + directors + UBS + institutions hold 50%

Interesting to see that WNH only requires control, so even if they get to 50% will still only be a major shareholder and will not be able to force mopping up provisions until >90%.
I still think that WNH is more than meets the eye with regards to their PRC connections. Also, CRC is a holder of FRS which will spark the real risk that a 4th railway is definitely do-able (risk from BHP et al's view)
Mgt's response will be very telling imo, and will be to reject the offer imo.
More interesting will be if it flushes out anything else, from FMG say as phillip_k has suggested.
Decent volume yesterday - top 50 days of volume and a lot (and big bites) near all time high territory.
