“SUM is seeking to raise up to $2.4m at 0.25$ with the ability to take up oversubscriptions of $1m.

All the Directors are participating in the placement for $100k subject to shareholder approval.

This capital raising fully funds SUM for an active exploration campaign for the remainder of the year including exploration & drilling of high-grade drill targets.”


So all directors will be participating in the raise which is reassuring (also no options in this CR which is awesome), this will provide capital for the ongoing exploration activities throughout the year & drilling high grade drill targets. Onwards and upwards, GLTAH!
