    They got Hog Ranch for nothing! What a disaster!

    There could be 5 Moz or more there.

    The smart move would have been to sell Hillside , get cashed up and then develop Hog's Ranch to make a $B company in 3 to 4 years with no downside risk.

    What a bunch of clowns.

    Let's hope another bid arises. Maybe the Japanese or BHP.
