Fallout from the Andrews' crash with a cyclist continues.
According to News.Com the victim is suing his law firm over their handling of the matter and for a number of months the Andrews had refused to hand over documents requested by the plaintiff.
This morning at 8.05am the Andrews' agreed to provide documents from the day of the crash but not all documents sought in relation to this matter.
The presiding Judge had this to say.....
"Associate Justice Daly said it was “abundantly clear” from the evidence that Monday’s hearing was unnecessary, questioning why the Andrews took two weeks to confirm they would consent to the revised subpoena.
"She ordered the Andrews to pay Mr Meuleman’s legal costs relating to Monday’s hearing".
