RMS complaints... are a bunch of nothing and... I can only assume were actually not even really do to with WGX, but more with trying to create a smokescreen for their move on SPR (and subsequent acquisition of 17.94%).
Both WGX and Karora are trading, if you include the E/V at very similar levels, so... unless something truly left of field occurs, this merger will go ahead.
Not long until the deal is done and WB and the team can get on with maximising production at the enlarged company. The indicative timeline is perhaps 8 days behind the original schedule.
I wonder if Karora will provide an update before the vote....
