We'll see if that reasoning holds up as the same note will be there when the FY24 Financial Statements are released on Sep30 - I'd be willing to bet that the share price will be substantially above $1.60 at that stage and they'll be no concerns, except from the auditors, as they will have repaid Nebari in full some ten days before then.
