Hate to say this, but its Shareholders own fault for this. You let them pass a resolution at the last AGM for them to dish out up to 5% of the company share register ON DISCRETION and absolutely no hurdles put in place.
Shareholders passed it. Shareholders gave the fox the keys to the hen-house.
