    RAC might have many flaws, but not informing our shareholders of what we are doing and why is not one of them.

    If you feel that RAC is a bad investment by all means post here, but you actually have to provide some analysis to support your bear case to be taken seriously. It also will help your case if you actual learn what RAC is doing first.
