OCWA, Maybe you need to consider that Daicos like me lived through Andrews reign.
His decisions have left untold damage to individuals, organisations, families, businesses and the State's finances.
When it started to catch up with him and got too hot in the kitchen, he headed for the door.
What galls a lot of Victorians he took off with a big fat pension for life, this after crippling the State finances.
These borrowings have not just destroyed the current residents, but future Victorian generations are left with a huge financial burden to pay back.
As I stated, he is devious, dishonest and has no morals.
